Job Descriptions:
A Customer Service Representative acts as the customer's primary interface into the call management process and
represents their interests and the Service Delivery Centre needs to meet service commitments. A Customer Service
Representative's responsibilities for any given request include:
* Handling customer calls and responsible for high level customer satisfaction.
* Performs multiple tasks or processes which assigned by management team.
* Performs general administration job.
Job Requirements:
The job holder is expected to have the following skills and experience:
* Basic computer knowledge to use MS office tool.
* Good communication and listening skill.
* Basic technical background to communicate with technical support.
* Understand Call Management process.
* Has problem management and change management related work experience is an added advantage.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written; Cantonese is an added advantage.
* Preferable work experience less than 4 years, fresh graduates is good.
* Willing to work in office environment.
* Willing to work over night shift or during weekends
Qualifications:
* Post secondary graduates, degree is not a must. |
