| Do you repair broken/damaged items? |
| Usually, M&J doesn't offer a repair service. But you can contact your local distributor for consultation and even consolidated repairing. In seeking repair services, look for an artisan whose specialties or skills match your needs. To send a broken article: Wrap each piece separately to avoid further breakage, using tissue and plain paper. Pack firmly, with plenty of cushioning. Include a sheet of paper with your name, address, number of pieces enclosed, and a stamped, self-addressed envelope for a return estimate. Since most firms are small or family businesses, there may be a heavy backlog of work, delaying your repairs. Complex breakage must be done in stages, taking many weeks or even months to complete. Your patience will be appreciated. |
